What we collect, and why.

Who we are

What this website collects

Only what you type into it, plus the ordinary technical records any website keeps.

When you submit the contact form

We collect your name, email address, an optional phone number, the coverage type you selected, and your message. We use it for one purpose: to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an enquiry.

If you provide a phone number you must also tick the consent box. That consent covers calls and text messages about your enquiry. It is not a condition of buying anything, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us in writing.

When you book a consultation

Bookings are handled by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which collects your name, email, phone number and chosen time directly. That information is held by GoHighLevel under their own privacy policy as well as this one, and it is also where your enquiry is followed up from.

Technical records

Our host records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps — for security and reliability.

We also count page views, and four actions: a contact form submitted, a booking started, a booking completed, and a call button tapped. This is done with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, gives you no identifier, and does not follow you to other websites. The counts are aggregate and nothing recorded there identifies you — we can see that a page produced an enquiry, not who made it.

This site still sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking, so there is no cookie banner: nothing is stored on your device for you to consent to.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the site work, and only to the extent each one needs:

• Vercel — hosts the website and keeps the server logs described above.
• Resend — delivers contact form submissions to our mailbox as email.
• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — handles consultation bookings, and holds enquiries and the messages exchanged about them.
• Vercel Web Analytics — counts page views and the four actions described above, without cookies or any identifier.
• Microsoft — provides the email mailbox the enquiry lands in.

If you go on to apply for cover, information you give us is shared with the insurance carriers you are applying to. That is a separate process from this website, and each carrier handles your data under its own privacy notice.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where an insurance regulator requests it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become applications are kept only as long as needed to deal with them and then deleted on request.

Records connected to an insurance application are kept for the period Arizona requires of insurance producers — that period is being confirmed and will be stated here explicitly.

Your choices

• Ask what information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it.
• Withdraw consent to calls or texts at any time without affecting anything else.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — but we do not ask for sensitive information such as Social Security or payment details through this website, and you should never send them by email.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means the revised policy applies.
