This site does not create insurance cover

Everything here is an invitation to enquire. It is not an offer of insurance, and nothing on it binds any insurance carrier. You are covered only when a carrier issues a policy and it takes effect according to its own terms — not when you submit a form, book a consultation, or receive an illustration.

Where the site and an actual policy contract disagree, the policy contract governs. Benefits, guarantees, exclusions and availability vary by carrier and by state.

No quote is final until underwriting

Premiums depend on age, health, the amount of cover and the carrier. Any figure discussed before an application has been underwritten is an estimate and may change. We do not publish instant online prices, because a price produced without underwriting would not be a real one.

Licensing

Insurance is licensed state by state. BrightCover Solutions can only place cover in states where it holds a current licence, and nothing on this site should be read as an offer to transact business in a state where it is not licensed.

Where we link to another site — a carrier, a scheduling tool, a regulator — we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate but cannot guarantee either. It may be unavailable for maintenance, and content may become out of date. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
