I came into the financial services business after spending more than 15 years in technology and data, where I learned the importance of making decisions based on good information. What drew me to financial services was realizing how many hardworking people earn a good living but have never been properly taught how to protect their income, prepare for retirement, or create a financial legacy. I became a licensed financial professional because I wanted to help close that education gap — one family and one conversation at a time.
Today, through BrightCover Solutions, I work with families, young professionals, business owners, church and ministry leaders, and individuals preparing for retirement. My approach starts with education. I help people understand their options — from term and permanent life insurance to living benefits, retirement strategies, annuities, business protection, and legacy planning — so they can make decisions based on their actual needs, goals, budget, and stage of life.
There is also something I won't do: I won't pressure someone into buying a financial product they don't understand or that isn't appropriate for their situation. I believe you deserve to know what you're paying for, how it works, what the benefits are, what the limitations are, and what alternatives you may have. BrightCover isn't about algorithms making decisions for people. It's about having a real, licensed professional you can talk to, ask questions of, and build a relationship with for the years ahead.

Independent, not captive
Franca is not tied to a single carrier's shelf. The recommendation starts with your situation rather than with a quota that needs filling this month.
No price before underwriting
Premiums depend on age, health, cover amount and carrier. Any figure quoted before an application is a guess, so you will not get one here.
Education first
Most people are sold a policy without ever being told how it works. Every recommendation comes with the trade-offs attached, including the reasons not to buy it.
Plain answers
If a product is wrong for you, you will be told so — including when the honest answer is that you already have enough cover.
Where we work
Across the US and Canada
The practice works with families across the United States and Canada, and is based in Litchfield Park, AZ 85340. Arizona clients can meet in person; everywhere else is handled by video and phone, which for most families turns out to be simpler than finding an afternoon to sit in an office.
Insurance is licensed jurisdiction by jurisdiction, and cover can only be placed where BrightCover holds a current licence — which differs between US states, and again in Canada. Ask on the first call and you will be told plainly whether your jurisdiction is covered.
